Deb Pritchard
<I have been an English Teacher at Winters ISD for 17 years, but have served in various other capacities in the district over the past 32 years. I was born and raised in Indiana and have a degree in Journalism with a minor in English from Indiana University (BA '83) and a masters degree from IU in College Administration (MSEd '87). I moved to Texas in 1987 to work as a Residence Hall Director at Texas Tech University. I married Johnny Pritchard in 1989 and moved to Winters. We have seven children (Marie, Misty, Mandy, Cody, Colby, Coltyn & Corey) and 19 grandchildren (Colt, Cade, Brooke, London, Cross, Gracie, Trew, Swade, Blayce, Bayler, Tinley, Krese, Mason, Mackenzie, Kason, Kemma, Lainey, Greyson & Romy); and one great-grandson (Crawford).
This year, I will teach English II and Business English/CCR-ELA. In addition, I serve as the JH & HS UIL Coordinator, a Senior Class Sponsor and coach multiple UIL journalism & writing events.
